Yes, we’re good at all the technical stuff, but first and foremost we’re marketing thinkers. Before we start work on any project, we’ll spend time making sure we understand the business issues.

Based firmly on that understanding, we’ll work with you to identify the role of digital in the overall marketing strategy. And once that’s been agreed, we write a integrated communications plan, which not only sets out what we aim to achieve but also serves as a blueprint for the next stage of the process.


No point in getting the strategy right if the resulting campaign doesn’t deliver the goods. At Tweak Digital Marketing, we’re equally good at creating our own stand-alone digital marketing campaigns, or taking creative concepts from traditional media and translating them so that they work effectively online. (No danger, with us, of a great print or TV campaign being let down by ineffective off-brand web support.)

As we mentioned, our technical abilities are a match for our creative talents. And, to ensure that our campaigns are deployed as effectively as possible, we will also manage the online media planning and buying, hosting, content management software, website and usability testing and email broadcasting.


No matter how many compliments we get for our creative work, we never lose sight of the fact that real success depends on measurable results.

So we’re not happy until we know, for example, which format of banner ad, with which creative treatment, running on which site, at what time, delivered a sales lead that was converted – and at what cost to the client.
